We sponsor Sam from Wings of Hope, a Home for physically and mentally challenged children in Fermathe, Haiti. He joined the Wings of Hope family in September, 2006. Sam has cerebral palsy which effects his arms and legs. He also has a severe form of scoliosis. We believe he has been physically challenged since birth. He is a very bright child, and we have great hope for his future. He is currently involved in the physical therapy and recreational therapy programs. Sam is a member of the Wings of Hope Scout Troop, the first and only scout group for children with disabilities in Haiti.

Please send a note to Sam to show you care. The residents of Wings of Hope miss having friends visit and love getting cards, knowing their friends are thinking of them.

Cards can be sent to:

Mission Trip
:  Terry & Rachel Polen and Pastor Lynn went on a mission trip to Mizak, Haiti in January 2014 with a group from Community of Grace. They primarily did vision screening and care and also took supplies for people in that area.

In October 2016, Pastor Lynn accompanied a group to Haiti to do vision screenings.
